Sources say the couple called it off last weekend during Owen’s birthday party after they had a fight. Others say the engagement was called off about a week ago and that Christina and Owen are still close friends.

Either way, it is off, People said.

Christina, 29, met Owen on the set of All’s Faire in Love. They went public with their relationship in October and Christina Ricci announced her engagement in March back when she joked that she was just in it for the diamond engagement ring ny.

Olympic swimmer Amanda Beard, 27, is five and a half months pregnant with her first baby, according to GossipSauce.com. She also married photographer Sacha Brown, 34, on May 1.

Amanda has won seven Olympic medals in swimming.

The couple got married in southeastern Indonesia, according to GossipSauce. On Christmas Day, Amanda received her diamond engagement ring New York Magazine said.

Peter and Maggie have a 2 1/2-year-old daughter together. They announced their engagement and pregnancy in 2006 after being a couple for more than four years, People said.Their celebration took place in a chapel called Brindisi. Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon were among the guests.

A man from New York City dropped his diamond engagement ring into traffic on the Brooklyn Bridge and then preceded to run into traffic to get it, according to JamesAllen.com.

Don Walling had planned on walking across the bridge with his girlfriend and then proposing while they were halfway across, according to the article. It was Walling’s birthday, and he asked Gina Pellicani if she could give him the greatest birthday gift ever and let him love her for the rest of his life.

Well, he ended up dropping the ring, and it fell through the planks on the pedestrian walkway and landed onto the roadway of the bridge, according to JamesAllen. Walling climbed down 60 feet, and people thought he was trying to commit suicide.

Police stopped traffic and Walling eventually found the 1.6 carat diamond engagement ring, the article said. His girlfriend said yes!
