Tori Spelling’s husband Dean McDermott promised to buy his wife a new wedding ring every anniversary, according to People Magazine. Talk about a diamond contest! This year he got her a Neil Lane diamond ring.

The ring is an antique from France and has a white diamond and a yellow diamond side by side, People said. This is meant to symbolize “you and me.”

For Mother’s Day, People said Tori received a gold necklace with and “L” and “S” pendant from her two children, Stella, 11 months, and Liam, 2. What a lucky mom!

According to About.com, Tori and Dean met in 2005 while they were working on the movie Mind Over Murder in Ottawa, Canada. He proposed to her while they were riding in a horse-drawn carriage. Both were married once before.

Salma Hayek, 42,  and French billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault, 46, had a wedding celebration Saturday at Venice’s Teatro La Fenice opera house, according to People.com. This was the second wedding ceremony for the couple who originally got married on Valentine’s Day.

This celebration was all about family and friends, according to People. One hundred and fifty guests attended, including Charlize Theron, Ed Norton, Woody Harrelson, Penelope Cruz and other celebrities, People said.

Salma’s diamond ring must have cost a fortune for Francois, but I don’t think he’s hurting over it, considering he is the CEO of PPR, which owns Gucci and other companies.
